Hello dear Speaker Colleagues,
Trusting you’re settling well into your ’new or interim normal’ and keeping your masks nice and snug.
I’d like to invite you to the exciting and insightful June online Meeting of the KZN Chapter.
At a time when speakers begin to rethink their relevance or their choice of work, I’d like to invite you all to find belonging and inspiration in the PSASA community.
During the last chapter meeting, we spent some time in smaller groups discussing just how we can all assist each other and #cocreateamazing. This is especially important at a time when there is untapped potential for us to learn from each other and grow together.
To say that our businesses have been adversely affected by Covid-19 is an understatement, but the value that the association offers may well be exactly what most of us need at this time.
Whether it helps to spark an idea, to teach a much-needed skill or to kindle a partnership that will take our speaking practices to unprecedented levels.
I challenge us all to reach out to fellow association members and take advantage of this community that exists to serve us and help our businesses thrive. In #collaboration, we raise the status of our industry and collaborate on ways to better serve our clients.
Our speaker for the June meeting will be speaking to us about exactly that! Linda Ntuli is a Customer Service specialist and trains teams on delivering Excellent Customer Service that leaves clients with no option but to book you again (or fall in love with you).
We only get one opportunity to make a first impression, so we must make it count!
Looking forward to welcoming you all. Wishing you peace and abundance at this time.
