PSASA’s Pretoria Chapter is the home for any speaker in Pretoria and the surrounding areas.

Pretoria Chapter meetings are usually held on the last Thursday of the month, from 6.30 to 9 pm. Keep an eye on the newsletter or social sites for the next meeting, and booking details.

Taryn-lee is the owner of aHa! Training and Development, and has held past leadership roles in Toastmasters international. She is the immediate past Deputy President of the Pretoria chapter of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa.

Taryn-lee holds a degree in Industrial Psychology and specialises in corporate training. She has travelled extensively and worked in many different societies and cultures, and brings a keen intercultural awareness to her customized training and speaking.

She is a passionate Business Coach for female entrepreneurs and was elected as one of South Africa’s Difference Makers.

Dr Maureen Tong

Dr Maureen Tong is a professional coach, an international lawyer, a published author; and a business woman.

She lectures Leadership; Cultural Intelligence; Talent Management; Diversity & Inclusion; as well as Change Management at Wits Business School. She is also Deputy Company Secretary of Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA).

She is the CEO of Coach Companion South Africa and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is Technical Advisor to the Presidential Advisory Panel on Land Reform and Agriculture.

She established the Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute (TMALI) and served as Project Manager for the establishment of the Thabo Mbeki Presidential Library (TMPL); both of which are partnerships between the Thabo Mbeki Foundation and the University of South Africa (Unisa).
