THE BUSINESS OF SPEAKING

Unlock the secrets to a successful speaking career

In celebration of Women’s month, it is such an honor by PSASA to host a Women’s month Edition, to celebrate the women in the business of Speaking.

This was one special occasion were we had speakers share on similar thoughts, as if they had the same title. The oneness and the harmonious talks which left us with an assignment to really ask the question “Who am I?”

‘The common thread among all Speakers was Authenticity. Each Speaker addressed this from a different perspective but still authenticity as the common denominator’ – Mama Lindi

How important it is to know who you are so that you don’t end up trying to be like someone that you are not, or imitating a speaker that does not even resonate with you.

How often do we use quotes that do not even make sense to us or that don’t match the message we are sending across. Doing thorough research in your field is vital. Consistency is key. Vulnerability is needful for connection. And to remember, there is no better version to be than to be yourself.

The work is not for the audience but for you – Marina

Give your audience the real you, be you, be true. – Latisha

Lwana Ngwaneso *fight*.  There is only one you.- Mookho

Before you transform your audience, allow the transformational work to happen in you first * Let there be light – Dineo
