Multiple award-winning copywriter and communication expert Tiffany Markman challenged the audience to write LinkedIn content that can get them booked. The posts that followed on LinkedIn proved why the PSASA recently inducted this gifted speaker into its Educators Hall of Fame.
Tiffany’s BAT Model gave speakers an actionable way to write social content real people would want to read. Fresh off the stage from the recent IMC Conference, where she addressed an impressive audience of over 3,000 international delegates, Tiffany’s trademark witty, straight-talking, and highly practical advice hit the mark.
Preparing for the workplace of the future as a speaker
Next up, experienced educator and coach Claire de Muelenaere led a hands-on, lively exploration of future workplace readiness skills.
Rather than just presenting theory, Claire actively engaged the room in interactive exercises focused on Emotional Intelligence (EQ), resilience, and adaptability. She demonstrated how speakers and leaders can harness these essential human skills to navigate unpredictable corporate environments, connect deeply with modern audiences, and remain indispensable amid industry disruption.

‘The Rebel Ninja’ Nick Smit was back by popular demand as not just an MC but an Event Experience Architect. Nick’s signature networking activities got both members and visitors connecting meaningfully. Rather than basic small talk, Nick’s interactive prompts broke the ice quickly, setting the audience up for deeper, authentic conversations.
