Sharon is a speaker, facilitator and coach who specialises in supporting leaders to develop their emotional intelligence.
As the founder of Key Steps Corporate Training (Service SETA accredited), she works hand-in-hand with organisations including ACSA, Atlas Copco, Barloworld, BASF, BMW, Citibank, EY, Siemens, RMB, Standard Bank, Tenovo (to name a few) and lectures for GIBS (on negotiation skills for women executives) and Henley Business School (where she focuses on how to close the execution gap). Sharon started her career in adult education over 18 years ago and has continued to build a toolkit that includes a BA Hons Psych, Neuro-Linguistic Programme Masters, Executive Coaching Certificate from Middlesex University and is current completing her MSc in Emotional Intelligence.
Sharon has a vast portfolio and is involved in the design of numerous leadership development programmes. She loves learning, is passionate about supporting others to reach their potential and believes an old dog can indeed learn new tricks .
