Johanita Thwaits – PSASA Virtual Chapter President
Johanita Thwaits is Professional Speaker and Business Executive known as The DealMaker. She also serves as an ambassador for the speaking profession, educating and inspiring individuals to pursue their passion for speaking. Johanita train both experienced and new speakers, providing them with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed on a global stage.

Neerja Singh – The Seenager – PSAI (Professional Speakers Association, India)
A Generational Diversity Speaker, Author of four generational books & Columnist on staying A Step Ahead of Gen-next, Neerja Singh is the Seenager or senior teenager. A millennial in spirit, with the benefit of hindsight, her TEDx talk on Generational Wellness & Youth Suicide is titled “The Unaffordable Cost of Generation Gap”.

Neerja uses her 37 years in media and education to amplify the harnessing of generational diversity. When not busy advocating generational teaming, giraffe talk and modern morality, Neerja plays golf, does inter-city cycling and swims, a kilometre at a time.

Bruce Wade – PSASA Past President 2022/23
Bruce speaks and coaches on the Strategic Narrative Methodology based on the 7 Laws of Sustainable Innovation to engineer stories that develop sustainable and profitable relationships with all stakeholders.

Chris VanderWalt – PSASA Virtual Chapter Deputy President
Chris is a former fighter pilot with a deep interest in human performance. He talks about the Human Factors in the high-stress and unforgiving cockpit environment. He then swops seats with you, so you can become the pilot of your own life by applying aviation principles at your workplace and home. He holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Applied Social Sciences.
