The PSASA Johannesburg Chapter AGM

Our chapter’s Annual General Meeting will take place in-person, on 17 April 2023. We will elect our new committee at that meeting, and are calling for nominations. You are welcome to volunteer, and the current committee will then nominate you.

This year we want to spread the load and have the following functions:

• President and Deputy;
• Marketing and awareness creation x 2 people – one backup;
• Newsletter x 2; Blog and social media x 2;
• Events coordinating (venue, catering, equipment etc) x 2;
• Speaker search and secure (find and secure their participation plus set meeting agenda and in-house programme actors, like MC and intros)
• Membership

You will not be isolated in any of these roles. The committee as a whole will be a support structure. Please put your name forward by replying to this mail.

We will have a guest speaker at the AGM, and will send out an updated invitation after our next chapter meeting.
