Our first speaker, Frans Nortje changes attitudes, inspires growth, and moves people to succeed through his training, consulting and keynotes, he is often referred to as the “go to guy” and the “process specialist in his field of expertise.

He holds a ODETDP National Certificate in Occupationally Directed Education, Training and Development Practices, an ETDP qualified coach and mentor and a SAQA (TETA) accredited Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator.

Frans will share lessons learnt from the school of life and share information on; how to register as an accredited facilitator with SAQA, connect with training institutes, write training material and how to book venues for your own events.

Frans is a hybrid speaker – no, not an online guy!!! Frans is permanently employed in a highly demanding day job and facilitates, speaks, mentors and coaches as a “moonlighter”. As a facilitator his motto is – I will grow your commercial value.
