The speaker for this month is our very own outgoing Chapter President, Claude Phiri. He is a widely experienced global training consultant with a passion for helping individuals and organisations achieve their goals. With over 12 years of experience in training and development, Claude has helped many professionals from various industries enhance their skills to achieve their full potential. Coupled with his more than thirty years work experience, Claude brings much value to the table.
Claude has a unique approach to training that is highly interactive, engaging, and tailored to everyone’s needs and preferences. He believes that learning should be fun and exciting, and that everyone has the potential to achieve greatness. His philosophy on training is “Simplifying Learning!”
Claude speaks on leadership skills and other soft skills that are hardly taught in school but contribute highly to the improvement of team and organisational performance.
He is the author of five books and about to publish his 6th.
