Jason has his foundation of speaking working his way through the Toastmasters system. He is a multiple award-winning speaker at many Toastmaster competitions, also having won Toastmaster of the Year Div D twice.
I was the Cape Chapter President a few years back.
I focus primarily on running workshops, my key focus is stress management. I have published a book titled “From Stress To Success – the a-z of stress management” that is available on Amazon.
