Siphiwe Moyo is a sought after and top-rated International Keynote Speaker, Facilitator & Author based in South Africa. He is an Adjunct Faculty member at GIBS, Henley and Wits business schools. Siphiwe is an Organisational Behaviour specialist. He studies, teaches and speaks on employee ownership & accountability, leadership, personal & organisational change/transitions, personal development, employee motivation and team effectiveness.

He holds a Masters in Business Administration, an Executive Development Programme, a B Comm. (Honours) in People Development, a Bachelor’s Degree (cum laude) in Human Resources and is currently completing his PhD in Organisational Behaviour. He is co-founder and Chief People Officer at Twice Blue (a human capital development firm), Past Chairman of the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP), Past Chapter President of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa (PSASA) and is a member of the Global Speakers Federation.

Joni Peddie’s first book is The FAB Quotient, aligns with her self proclaimed purpose on the planet. On a daily basis, we should all be incredibly conscious and mindful about how we: Fuel our bodies, Activate our brains & Behave …towards ourselves and others!
