Marc is Chief Strategy Officer at Investec, based in London. He leads both the Strategy and the Sustainability functions for the group. He was previously Investec’s Global Head of People and Organisation. Prior to joining Investec in 2008 he was managing director of a consultancy that focused on large scale change initiatives and executive development. He is a visiting professor of people, organisation and strategy practices, a chartered business coach, psychologist and academic author.
